Over the next 30 days we are being encouraged to read and pray through the Psalms. Let’s read the Psalm for each day and pray together for the life and witness of our congregation.

Let’s Pray

This September we are encouraging friends and family who haven’t been to church for a while to consider coming back on Sunday 7^th September. As part of this we are holding a walking treasure hunt on Friday 5^th September with a supper afterwards and an opportunity to see and hear what our organisations have on offer. We will also be knocking on doors in our local community inviting our neighbours to not only come to the treasure hunt but to also consider joining us in Church on the Sunday.

Pray for this outreach. Jesus said the fields are ready for harvest, but the labourers are few. Pray not just for others to be part of this but ask God if he is calling you to come and be part of this effort.

Pray that people would respond to the invitation, not only to the treasure hunt, but to church on Sunday.

Give thanks to God that we have not only a church to invite people to, but a gospel and a saviour to introduce them to.
