Our annual harvest thanksgiving service will be on Sunday the 12th of October. This year’s celebrations will be slightly different. In the morning we will have our own service as normal. At this service we will finish our series on who is Jesus? We will be thinking about Jesus return.
In the evening we are joining with Burnside Presbyterian Church for a united service of thanksgiving. The theme for that service will be the harvest God is gathering in Portstewart. Richard and Stuart will talk about their experiences prayer walking throughout the town.
This will be an evening filled with encouragement and the opportunity to pray as Presbyterians united with a heart and a desire to see our town transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. We also hope that each of us will be challenged to be more proactive in praying for the people in our lives, the people we regularly meet in the ordinary routine of life.
